Bloodstock Festival Confirms Final Lineup And Details For 2021!

With less than 30 days remaining until the gates finally open, Bloodstock Open Air has unveiled the final bill for this years festival and it’s utterly gargantuan.

Taking place at Catton Park, Derbyshire between 11th – 15th August and featuring headline slots from Devin Townsend, Kreator and the legendary Judas Priest, Bloodstock 2021 is set to be the biggest year to date for the festival. Not only is the festival set to host five whole days of music, this year is the 20th anniversary of the festival itself. Alongside the colossal mainstage headliners, Bloodstock 2021 will also play host to the likes of Skindred, While She Sleeps, Cradle Of Filth, Loathe, Venom Prison, Svalbard, Jinjer, Conjurer, Sylosis, Bleed From Within, Paradise Lost and loads more on it’s main stage across the span of the weekend.

In celebration of the festival’s china anniversary, for the first time in it’s history Bloodstock will be opening it’s gates on Wednesday and will see artists performing on it’s Sophie Lancaster Stage for five days straight. Headlined by Onslaught, Lawnmower Deth, Napalm Death, Phil Cambell and the Bastard Sons and Evil Scarecrow, the stage is set to premiere some of the best emerging talent within extreme heavy music. Video Nasties, Urne, Conan, Pist, Evile, Mother Vulture, Vexed, Green Lung, Garganjua and over 35 other bands are set to appear over the course of the festival, making this year’s edition of Bloodstock it’s biggest to date.

Of course, even if this year’s scheme may have took form a different form than usual, the festival will also be featuring appearances of it’s annual Metal 2 The Masses competition. Appearing on the New Blood Stage on Friday will be this years winners in Terminal Sun, Beyond Extinction, Sail, Beyond Salvation and Severenth. Saturday will also feature sets from fellow winners Black Atlas, A Horse Called War, Ascaris, Desolation and HAWXX. On top of this, Mountain Caller, Haxan, Wall and many more will be descending upon the Jägermeister stage over the weekend.

Unsurprisingly, with the confirmation that the festival will be fully going ahead Bloodstock is heading towards an advance sellout. At the time of publish less than 600 weekend tickets remain, with VIP and Caravan passes having already long sold out.
