The Forest Stage gives you the perfect opportunity to do so, with some exclusive stripped back sets from some fantastic bands and artists. Below are a few we think are not to be missed! Enter Shikari Ahead of their headline slot, Enter Shikari are due to play one of their revered acoustic shows. They released their fifth studio album, The Spark last year and have since toured extensively. They’re a band well-known for the work that they put into their live shows, and we’re sure that their Forest session will be no different. They’re on stage at 16:30 on Saturday the 14th. Get down early as this is going to be packed out way in advance! Grumble Bee Grumble Bee has just released his second EP, Everything Between, which was recorded and produced by Jack Bennett himself, and received incredibly well by fans. This year has already seen Jack tour with Arcane Roots, and he has just finished a short run of UK shows following the EP release. Grumble Bee is due to play at 10:30 on the morning of Friday 13th. Jamie Lenman Jamie Lenman’s name frequently appears on 2000 Trees posters, and this year is no different. The release of his second solo album last year saw him combining his experience of post-hardcore music with danceable melodies and various innovative elements, setting him apart from most artists in the heavy music scene. He played a brilliant set at Download this year, and we’re sure his Forest session will be just as great! Jamie Lenman will play at 16:15 on Friday 13th. Soeur South-west based hard rock trio Soeur will be appearing on the Forest Stage for a set that is sure to be captivating; their music blends a solid beat with stunning vocal lines and the interesting edge that left field experimentation can provide. Their debut EP, What Separates Us was released in early 2017 and the band have since been bringing their noise and brilliant live shows to people all over the UK. Soeur are due to play the Forest Stage at 18:40 on Thursday the 12th. The Scott Hutchinson Tribute Set Finally,a tribute to Scott Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit and Mastersystem will take place at the Forest stage on Friday 13th. Both bands were due to play at the festival this year, and to honor his memory and legacy, there will be special tribute set composed of guest performances and a Frightened Rabbit busking area set up for fans and artists to play songs in tribute to him over the weekend. The tribute set is scheduled to begin at 14.25 on Friday the 13th.
